About the crystal:

Red Garnet is thought to be one of the oldest crystals used for Spiritual protection. Although the stone it may appear (almost) black to the naked eye, when bright light shines through, the luxurious deep red colours that make up this wonderful stone, can be seen inside. Red Garnet can help us to feel safe and is associated with the root Chakra, rooting us into place, connecting us with Mother Earth.
