3. Standard Shipping - We provide Standard Shipping Service to our customers at free of cost. Most products would be delivered within 3-5 days of purchase of products. However certain products may not follow the above specified timeline. 4. Return and Replacement Policy for the Customer: The timeline for return or replacement of goods will be up to 15 days depending upon the products, ingredients and category of products. Most Products can be returned or replaced within 15 days of delivery of products. However it may not be possible to return or replace certain products due to hygiene or other issues.

Groceries, eatables and orally consumable goods will not be returned or replaced unless the item/product delivered is damaged, broken, broken seal, exceeding expiry date, fermented or rotten.

Cosmetics, healthcare, makeup, skincare, undergarments, facemasks, gloves etc. and personal care appliances including oral care products and appliances etc. products will not be returned or replaced unless the item/product delivered is damaged, broken, broken seal, exceeding expiry date, fermented or rotten.

Return or replacement will be processed only if:

It is determined that the product was not damaged while in your possession. The product is not different from what was delivered to you. The product is returned in original condition (with brand's/manufacturer's box, MRP tag intact, user manual, warranty card and all the accessories therein, wherever applicable).

British D’sire sellers provide Return pick-up service upon return request initiated by the customer to ensure successful return pick-up, return the item in original condition with the brand's/manufacturer's box, MRP tag intact, user manual, warranty card and all the accessories therein, wherever applicable.

Return or replacement will not be processed if the pickup is canceled owing to missing or damaged (caused while in customer’s possession) product or its accessories.

3.3 Return and replacement Policy for the Seller: Most of the products sold on British D’sire website would be available for return or replacement. Some of the products mentioned below cannot be returned or replaced.

Products which are non-returnable, can be returned in 24 hours if: They were delivered in a condition that is physically damaged, has missing parts or accessories, is defective, is different from their description, size ordered is different than size delivered.

Replacement requests can be raised in 24 hours on non-replaceable products if: They were delivered in a condition that is physically damaged, has missing parts or accessories, is defective, is different from their description, size ordered is different than size delivered.

In case none of the above reasons are applicable, the customer care team needs to explain to the customer the reason for which the product cannot be returned or replaced. Once the returned or replaced order/item is delivered to the seller, a quality check within a defined time frame of 24 hours has to be done. Refund on any product/order or replacement of any product/order will be provided only after Quality Check confirmation by seller, however if seller fails to do quality check and give report of the same within the stipulated timeline British D’sire reserves the right to take call as it seems fit to accept or reject customer’s return or replacement request and process refund or reverse pickup. British D’sire may contact the customer to ascertain the damage or defect in the product before issuing a refund/replacement. The cost of return pickup shall be borne by the seller.

4. Exchange Value for the Customer: The value of the product purchased in exchange can be higher or equivalent or lower to the original product.

For the higher value product, you would require to pay the difference amount. For the lower value, you would receive the difference amount in your transaction source account.

5. Cancellation Policy for Customer: Payment gateway charges and reverse transaction fee will be induced on order cancellation after order confirmation and payment.

Shipping charges, payment gateway charges and reverse transaction fee will be induced on cancellation of order after shipping. Once Order is delivered, we do not accept any cancellation request. Also, orders can be canceled only until it is delivered to you. Once Order is delivered, we do not accept any cancellation request.

Repeated Cancellation by Customer: Every 3 months, order cancellation report to be reviewed, and in case excessive cancellation is found by any customer (without seller’s fault), HO should inspect such cases before taking any decision regarding such customer. If the customer complained about the non-delivery of the order multiple times, HO should inspect such cases before taking any decision regarding such customers.

6. Cancellation Policy for Seller: Seller needs to make sure that the orders placed by the customer shall be fulfilled under all circumstances. In case the seller fails to fulfill this requirement they must notify British D’sire with an explanation.

Payment gateway charges and reverse transaction will be induced on the seller if the seller cancels the order after confirmation and payment.

British D’sire will count this as an offense against the customer and its reputation and may take actions if required.

In case of order cancellation from seller’s end:-

In case of complete order cancellation: The total amount will be refunded to the customer.

In case of partial order cancellation: The customer may reject or accept the partial order. If the customer accepts the partial order and has already paid for the order, the seller will refund the balance amount as per the refund policy.

7. Delivery failure: If the customer is not available, even after attempting delivery 3 times, the customer care team will contact the customer, make a decision and accordingly inform the delivery team and seller about the next step.

8. Return: In case customer calls to return objects mentioned as non-returnable in the above provided list our support team will ask and try to understand the reason for the return request.

9. Refund Policy: The refunded amount will be transferred to the source account from which the payment transaction was initially done. The refund will be processed in five working days and if the refund exceeds the mentioned timeline then the customer should check with their respective bank.

10 Barcode and Labels Guidelines: Barcodes should be provided by the seller. The seller may also ask for product code labeling provided by British D’sire which is a chargeable service.

Labels with accurate and proper information including manufacturing date, expiry date, MRP, VAT, ingredient list, metric measure etc. should be clearly mentioned as per the compliance by Law of the United Kingdom.

11. Merchandiser Policy: All the products/goods sent to British D’sire sent for sale and publishing will have to go through several quality checks as we will specifically note and check the authenticity, safety standards and quality of goods before publishing them on our platform. Once the product passes all quality checks will be published for sale on our platform. If any product fails in our quality checks then it will be rejected until it is improved to meet our safety, authenticity and quality standards.

This Warranty applies to actual merchandise and just for actual products bought from British D'sire.


WHAT DOES THIS WARRANTY COVER?

This Warranty in mention covers any defects in material or craft under regular use during the Warranty Period. During the Warranty Period, the respective sellers of British D'sire will repair or replace the product with no charge. The products or parts of the product that prove defective because of inappropriate material or craft will be taken care of when under the warranty period under regular use and maintenance.


WHAT WILL WE DO TO CORRECT PROBLEMS?

British D'sire will assist you throughout the repair process from connecting with sellers to getting your repairs done, making sure you have no more issues left. However, it is important to note that the respective sellers hold the responsibility to carry out the repair process entirely.


HOW LONG DOES THE WARRANTY COVERAGE LAST?

The Warranty Period for respective Physical Goods purchased from British D'sire 30 days from the date of purchase. A replacement Physical Good or part of it assumes the remaining Warranty of the original Physical Good or 30 days from the date of replacement or repair, whichever is longer.


WHAT DOES THIS WARRANTY NOT COVER?

It is essential to note that this Warranty does not cover any problem caused by various inappropriate conditions, malfunctions, or damage not resulting from defects in material or craft.
