In terms of the ‘designer’ backpacks I have seen recently, they tend to be more about the branding plate and less about the substance. Each of my designs come from frustrations I have had, and I have then created the bag as the solution. I source the best quality materials, then work out exactly what is needed to make each bag work as hard as it can for you, so you don’t need to. 

I know how frustrating it can be when you love a bag but then just wish it was a little bit smaller as your needs change, which is why I created the Joy Midi back as my needs as a mum are always changing too. The new twin zip compartment is a total game changer for me as now I can put my tech in the back without having to access the front and I love having two compartments when I'm running around doing the school run and popping to meetings during the day as I can access one side for work and then keep the rest of my things hidden away. 

I love that this design gives me the opportunity to be hands-free, balanced and isn't as big as the Joy XL which makes it perfect for every day and day trips in the city.
