How will logistics and shipping work
Orders received shall be accepted by the seller, and dispatched directly from their warehouse to the customer (DTC).
Who handles delivery and logistics?
Sellers are responsible for fulfilment. British D’sire supports best practices and guidance where needed.
Do we need to hold stock in the UK?
You can ship directly from your warehouse location to UK customers. For international orders, standard UK VAT (20%) and any applicable import duties may apply. These charges should be considered when pricing your products. For full guidance, you may refer to HMRC’s official guidance on VAT for overseas sellers shipping to the UK.
