1. IT Operations
Identify the technology needs of all departments, implement, and provide technology solutions and support required.
Establish IT policies, standards, practices, and security measures to ensure effective and consistent information processing and to ensure the integrity and reliability of the information, communications, and office systems.
Identify, negotiate and procure all equipment required to meet the IT needs of the company.
Management of costs within budgets as per agreements allocation.
Conduct IT Audits and analyze reports
Ensures compliance with all regulatory requirements from an IT perspective.
Update the overall IT infrastructure of the company
Ensure that the customer experience is not affected by technology glitches or shortcomings
Keep track of new IT services, set objectives, make plans, and ensure the implementation of the new system according to the deadlines set
In case of a major glitch, it must be personally taken on priority and resolved
Keep track of new upcoming technologies, analyze the scope of implementation, budget and implement the same
Regular competitor analyses in terms of performance features, IT infrastructure, and make gap analyses along with a roadmap to overcome the gap. Present it to the management and implement the approved changes
Ensure required hardware and software upgradation across the organization
Ensure timely maintenance of IT hardware
Ensure regular data back up across the organization as per the defined frequency
conduct a regular audit of the data backup, hardware equipment and software in order to assess whether they are operating as required.For Example, if there is a customer request form on the website which collects data and stores it in the back end then you have to ensure whether this system is functioning properly
Plan and ensure how automation can be increased across the organization
2. Management
Provide thought leadership in the team to maximize their potential and abilities
Provide technical guidance for overall architecture and design to develop and implement high-quality software systems.
Responsible for defining and implementing processes and KPIs to track the performance and productivity of the team
Approve final product before launch.

1. Financial Management
Ensure all processes relating to budgets and consolidation, financial forecasting, and reporting conducted across the business
